Engineering operating principles

All production installations are hosted on Cloudflare. Every change must have an identifiable owner, bounded authority, reversible deployment, repeatable tests and external evidence.

Installed Meta capability

Meta Llama Guard 3 8B is deployed to an isolated Cloudflare Worker. A Cloudflare Access policy restricts who may use it. A Durable Object budget limiter bounds inference to four calls per UTC day.

Acceptance is not declared by deployment alone. The final authenticated request through the classification endpoint must pass before the guard is promoted as an integrated production safety layer.

Quality gate

Cloudflare Pages should run npm run verify: first the Jest unit tests, then the Docusaurus static build. A failed test or build must stop deployment.

Zero spend

Do not enable metered subscriptions or models outside free allocations without founder approval.
