Cloudflare build-time Jest

This project installs Jest as a build-time dependency and does not attempt to run the Jest Node.js process inside a Workers request runtime.

npm run verify

The command runs Jest tests against pure quality-policy helpers, then compiles this documentation with Docusaurus. The Cloudflare Pages build must use root directory /meta-cloudflare-quality, command npm run verify and output directory build.

Required proof: Cloudflare build log with passing Jest tests and successful Docusaurus build, followed by a live Pages deployment.

This repository branch is a source carrier; Cloudflare is the intended deployment home. No claim of operational success exists until Cloudflare completes a build and serves the site.
